Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AtlasProds Technologies LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom software solutions and reliable maintenance services. Our policies are structured to be fair to both our clients and our company, reflecting the custom nature of our work.

1. Custom Software Development Projects

Due to the bespoke nature of software development, a significant amount of resources are invested from the outset.

  • Upfront Fees/Deposits: Any upfront fees, discovery phase payments, or deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of specific project milestones are for work already completed and are therefore non-refundable.

2. Subscription-Based Maintenance Plans

This section outlines the policy for our recurring maintenance plans, which are processed via our payment partner, Razorpay.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription maintenance plan at any time by providing a written notice to our support team at hello@atlasprods.com.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your cancellation request must be received at least 15 days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Upon cancellation, your maintenance service will remain active until the end of your current, paid-for billing period.

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are paid in advance for each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually).
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services. For example, if you are on a monthly plan and you cancel halfway through the month, you will not be refunded for the remaining portion of the month.
  • All payments made for maintenance plan subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service as described in your Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We believe in maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. If you feel that the service delivered does not meet the requirements outlined in the agreed-upon SOW, please contact us immediately. Refund requests in such exceptional cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AtlasProds Technologies LLP management. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your maintenance subscription, please send an email to hello@atlasprods.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request". Please include your company name and details of the plan you wish to cancel.
